Midlands Guildenburgh. Nr Peterborough, Whittlesea, Cambridgeshire. An inland site with air station. A good training site with platforms at 3 and 6 m. Not a lot to see, bricks, bus etc. Vis can be poor. Relaxed apre dive facilities. Thanks to Jude for details. Stoney Cove. Stoney Stanton, Leicestershire. Stoney Cove must be the most famous inland site in the UK and I have never dived it. It gets very busy and you need to get there early morning to get near. Theres lots to see i.e planes boats buses. Air and a dive center are available on site. A new building is currently been built for dive centre etc, looks good. Dosthill Quarry. Tammworth Staffs. The entry fee is £4 for the day. The maximum depth is 24 metres, the vis can range from around 6 metres down to below 1 metre after heavy rainfall, so these times are best avoided. It contains all the usual Boats, Caravans, cars & even the remains of a house over the far side from the entry point. Air & food is available on site & there is also a small dive shop. The quarry contains some medium sized pike & Perch & also quite a few roach & some Golden Orfes. Thanks Glyn for info. Home.....About us.....UK sites.....Worldwide.....E.mail
